    • Pregnancy is void.
    • Buyer chooses not to take pup from this litter.
    • The desired sex is not available in this litter.
  • The pup has to be paid by the age of six weeks old.
  • A sales contract is drawn up which outlines the guarantees.

Shipping

  • The buyer contacts the airline and guarantees the shipping with a credit card.
  • A kennel crate and possible kenneling is at the buyers cost.

Guarantees

  • If the veterinarian examination within one year reveals that the pup has a life-threatening illness, the buyer has 24 hours to send a detailed written statement from the treating veterinarian about the animal's condition. If the pup should die of this condition within one year, an autopsy will be required at the owner's expense.
  • If this proves valid, the breeder will require that the pup be spayed, neutered or euthanized.
  • The breeder reserves the right to evaluate the claim. If the claim is valid the pup will be replaced.
  • If no pup is available, time allowance will be given for the next litter. The replacement of the pup will be at the buyer's expense.
  • We have, to the best of our knowledge and ability, made a good faith effort, proven with a veterinary full health examination and health certificate that all pups are of sound body and temperament, in good health and free of communicable disease to all outward appearance at the time of delivery.
  • The breeder certifies that the pup is eligible for registration as a purebred and will be registered.
